January 21/05 Miramichi recieved an approximate 30cm of the white stuff. Snow accompanied by high winds made visability an issue. Several times throuhout the storm the wind gusts reached 70km per hour whipping the falling snow into amazing drifts. The weatherman says that for the next 48 hours we will see reduced temperatures and overnight windchills in the minus 37 degree range. So bundle up, cuddle up or put anothe log on the fire!
