The village of Blackville will be hosting their Falling Leaves Festival from October 12th -14th.

Friday October 12th
Old Time Kitchen Party, Father McKinnon Hall 8 p.m.
Singing and Dancing (Lancer, Jive, Jitterbug, Step-Dancing, etc.)
Admission is $5/person

Saturday October 13th
Classic Car Display at Nine Pines Truck Stop – 1p.m.
Whooper Spring tours (ATV Club tours to the Whooper Spring leaving every hour from 2-4 p.m.)
Woodsmen Games (Kettle Boil, Tug of War, Axe Throwing, etc.)
Live Entertainment
No admission charge

Bread ‘n Molasses readings by local writers will take place at the Catchall Book Store, 3 p.m.. Admission is free.

The Heritage Players will present “The Legend of the Dungarvon Whooper” Dinner Theatre at the United Church Hall in Blackville at 6 p.m.. Enjoy a delicious Roast Beef dinner with dessert. Tickets $15/person.

Adult dance at the Renous Recreation Centre, 10 p.m. – 2 a.m..
The Dave McNeil Band will provide the music.
Admission is $10/person.

Sunday October 14th
The Heritage Players will present “The Legend of the Dungarvon Whooper” Dinner Theatre at the United Church Hall in Blackville at 2 p.m.. Admission will be $10/person. Advance tickets are available at Renous Convenience and Renous River Antiques, the Blackville Post Office, Curtis Miramichi Outfitters, A Touch of Class Printing, and the Central New Brunswick Woodsmen Museum in Boiestown.
