There will be a Self Defense Seminar for women on Saturday November 12 at the Better Bodies Fitness Studio. Learn how to safe guard and protect yourself from an unexpected assault with focus on striking, escape moves, and counter techniques.

Expectations: learn state of the art defensive tactics, in a safe, controlled environment from certified use of force instructors. Aside from learning how to defend
Yourself, you will also be participating in some of the best conditioning exercises of today.

Participants: a great session for students in university, college and high school. For those that work late at night, and those that want a boost in confidence.
Cost: $60.00 per participant
Equipment: all equipment will be provided, but once you register and confirm your attendance you will receive an email with additional information in regards to the course (ie. Dress, snacks, fluids, lunch etc)
Group size: 30 participants, to ensure that everyone has the attention they need to learn the technique.
