Peak Performance Health Center is your one stop shopping for healthy living! The centre offers a gym, fitness classes, massage therapy, physiotherapy, a dietitian and a chiropractor, and it continues to grow, adding even more providers and classes to better meet the demand of the community.
Peak Performance Health Center is so much more than just another gym. Not only do they offer a state-of-the-art facility complete with cardio and strength training equipment, free weights, change rooms and showers, but they also offer over 25 group fitness classes per week. Classes welcome all fitness levels and staff members are capable of assisting in the use of all gym equipment. The centre’s two personal trainers, 10 instructors and eight employees are all friendly, highly trained and certified.
The Mighty Miramichi Biggest Loser Challenge 6, hosted by Peak Performance, is into the final few weeks. With well over 500 lbs lost in the first six weeks, Peak Performance is incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication shown by the participants. A new Biggest Loser challenge will start May 6th and run for 12 weeks, details to be announced. In celebration of the Biggest Losers, Peak Performance Health Center is currently offering a great special: buy a three month membership and receive the fourth month free!

Being involved in the community is a priority at Peak Performance and they are already receiving recognition in their first year through Jason Driscoll’s Entrepreneur of the Year MYPIE nomination. Complete Physical Wellness also operates out of the Peak Performance Health Center building. This clinic offers six Massage Therapist, two Physiotherapists, a Dietitian and a Chiropractor. They also have a satellite location for Marlin Travel to take care of all your vacation needs.

Peak Performance Health Center is located at 1710 King George Highway in Miramichi. The gym entrance is around back, while the clinic is located up front. The centre is open seven days a week, Monday through Thursday from 5:30 am to 10 pm, Friday from 5:30 am to 9 pm, and weekends from 8 am to 5 pm.
