Miramichi Accessible Transit Open House
Miramichi Accessible Transit (MAT) proudly hosted an Open House on Saturday September 12th with an official ribbon cutting ceremony and tour of the facility. The new building, located at 21 Walsh Avenue in the Chatham Industrial Park, represents the first time MAT has been able to provide service from a permanent residence. The purchase of this building was made possible through the support of FAST Cash Players and supporters.
City councillors Joan Cripps, Brian King, Billy Fleiger, Peggy McLean, Tony Walsh, Adam Lordon, and Shelly Williams, as well as staff and volunteers took part in the event.
