1st Annual Bike Run – In Memory of Stephen “Steve” Lee Morris
Stephen “Steve” Lee Morris (February 27th, 1961 – July 6th, 2017) was a wonderful and loving husband, father and friend to many, along with a fellow biker along the Miramichi.
On July 6th, 2018, to remember the first anniversary of Stephen “Steve’s” passing, a bike run will be taking place in his memory.
There is no cost or fee, but anyone wishing to take part in the run must be at Saint Michael’s the Archangel Basilica Roman Catholic Church, 10 Howard Street, in Chatham – Miramichi East no later than 3 PM on Friday, July 6th.
The run will be leaving from Saint Michael’s the Archangel Basilica Roman Catholic Church at 4 PM. From there, they will be going to Néguac to the Tim Hortons, where people can grab a coffee or water if they want at the Tim Hortons, then onto to the Saint Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church Cemetery in Bartibog Bridge where Stephen “Steve” is laid to rest, to pay respects to this fellow biker, father, husband and friend.
Following the visit to the cemetery, everyone is welcome to Stephen “Steve’s” home, 433 Route 11 Highway, Lower Newcastle for food and beverages around the fire pit. All are welcome for the gathering to remember Steve the great person he was.
