Miramichi Hosts the 2019 Special Olympics NB Winter Games – February 21st to 24th, 2019
Miramichi will host more than 300 athletes and coaches from NB and PEI for the 2019 Special Olympics NB Winter Games, February 21st to 24th.
The Opening Ceremonies will be held at JMH High School and live streamed on Facebook on Thursday Feb 21st at 6pm at this link www.facebook.com/specialolympicsnb

These Provincial Games are a qualifier for athletes being selected to the provincial training teams from NB and PEI who plan to attend the 2020 Special Olympics Canada Winter Games in Thunderbay Ontario.
Athletes and teams will be competing in 4 sports:
· Floor Hockey
· Curling
· Snowshoeing
· Candlepin Bowling
