Rural Community of Upper Miramichi Winter Family Fun Day Event
On Saturday, February 16th, 2019, come one and all to the Rural Community of Upper Miramichi, just a little over an hours drive from the City of Miramichi, and less than an hour drive from the City of Fredericton to the Rural Community of Upper Miramichi Winter Family Fun Day Event.
In the event of a storm, it will be rescheduled to the following day, Sunday, February 17th, 2019.
Schedule of Events
11:00 am to 11:30 am – Scavenger Hunt in Park
12:00 pm noon to 12:30 pm – Kettle Boil in Park
12:30 pm to 1:30 pm – Build a Snowman in Park
11:00 am to 1:00 pm – Sleigh Ride in Park11:00 am to 3:00 pm
Skating and Other Activities in Park (call 1-506-369-9810 for races)
Treats and Eats
11:30 am to 1:00 pm – In the Fire Hall there will be FREE Hot Dogs and Hot Chocolate
2:00 pm to 5:00 pm – Lumberjack Sweetheart Supper at the Central NB Woodsmen’s Museum, see ad in Over North News February Edition for Menu and Prices)
Other Activities
Fowlers Hill Holtville – Sliding begins at 3:00 pm with Hot Chocolate Served
Fireworks at 6:30 pm
Snow Sculptures Use your imagination to create an entry for this contest.

The deadline for registration is Friday February 8th, 2019.
Judging of sculptures will be on Sunday, February 17th, 2019
