CM Productions is proud to present Neil Simon’s classic comedy California Suite at the Vogue Theatre this April.
The play features four scenes whose action takes place in rooms 203 and 204 in the Beverly Hills Hotel.
Sometimes poignant and often hilarious, this is an event not to miss.

On Monday, April 15th, 2019, beginning at 1 pm, Seniors 55+ are invited to come out to the Lindon Recreation Centre, 485 King George Highway (Newcastle Farmer’s Market Building) in the former Town of Newcastle – Miramichi West. It will be home to the Greater Miramichi Senior’s Auction 45’s Championships!
The admission is $5.00 a person (55+ and over) and no partner is required.
On Monday, April 15th, 2019, beginning at 7 pm, come out to the Tabusintac Community Centre, located in the Tabusintac Community School, at 66 Hierlihy Road, Tabusintac for the Tabusintac Old Home Week General Meeting. Everyone is welcome to attend this meeting, and just a note, for all you excited people – Old Home Week 2020 is not “official” until a discussion and a formal motion is made at this very first meeting and they are in need of volunteers greatly to make this event successful!!

As most of you know the Miramichi SPCA located at 128 Dan Cripps Street in the Miramichi Industrial Park (Miramichi East – Chatham Side) we will soon be undergoing renovations. This will be a lengthy process and will be challenging to keep the shelter in operation throughout.
They are going to be seeking foster homes for the duration of the renovations (could be up to 3 months). They will be needing all types of foster homes (some with kids, some without, some who have lots of time, others who don’t require as much time, some who have other animals, others without).

The bid for Kraft Hockeyville was submitted in memorial of Thomas Dunn, a 14 year old hockey player whose life was taken in an accident this past year.The outpouring of community spirit and support from all across Canada is both overwhelming and inspiring. The Friends of Île Beaubears Island Interpretive Centre are pleased to present: Dessert Theatre – Tall & True. A five-art theatrical production charting the course of 6 Île Beaubears Island vessels, and what became of them after leaving Miramichi. All at the Miramichi Beaverbrook Kinsmen Centre, 100 Newcastle Boulevard in the Former Town of Newcastle from Friday, April 26th, 2019 to Sunday, April 28th, 2019. Showtimes for all performances will be at 7 PM. The proceeds of this event will benefit the Friends of Île Beaubears Island Summer Student Program and the 2020 Trip to Africa by local high school students.

The Annual General Meeting of the Miramichi Transit Commission Inc. will be taking place on Wednesday evening, March 27th, 2019, from 5 pm to 6 pm in the Back Meeting Room of the Portage Restaurant, located at 191 King Street, in the former Town of Chatham.
