Miramichi Men’s Fastpitch League

Miramichi Men’s Fastpitch League action last week saw the Miramichi Red Sox and the Miramichi ‘Jungle Jim’ Brewers split a double header.
The Sox took the first game 7-2 with Riley Harris leading offensively with two home runs, including a grand slam. Jimmy Keenan handled defence for the Miramichi squad, taking the win with eight strike-outs.
The Brewers fought back in game two, winning 5-1, led by Neil Flynn, who knocked in two runs off a double. Pitcher Devon McKenzie got the W for the Brewers.
