Barnaby Days this Weekend
This year marks the 20th Anniversary of a weekend filled with family, friends and summer fun in Barnaby River.
Barnaby Days kicks off tomorrow night, Friday July 24th with a Scavenger Hunt. Groups of three to five people will drive around Barnaby doing various activities and finding items with cameras or phones in hand to take photos of things required.
On Saturday morning, July 25th the day gets started with the Outdoor Breakfast beginning at 8 and running until 11 am. It’s a dandy breakfast and all proceeds are going to the IWK! Activities Saturday include Canoe Races, Dunk Tank, FUN ZONE, a BBQ all afternoon, Washer Toss Tournament, and live entertainment provided by Sonny Newman and Justin Walls.
The evening Beer Garden with the band Thirsty Rangers gets underway at 10 pm and goes until last call at 2 am.
On Sunday July 26th attendees will enjoy a Car and Bike Show, Kids games, Dunk tank, and a BBQ all afternoon with entertainment by Nikki and Louie.
It all takes place beside the church in the field on the North Barnaby Road. Don’t miss it!
