Rotary Club of Newcastle 7th Annual Purse Auction Fundraiser

The 7th Annual Purse Auction happens November 2 at the MAEA from 6-12 PM. Tables of eight are available, cost is $25 per person. Tickets can be purchased at Scotiabank (Chatham or Newcastle), or Brookdales and Town Hill Jewelry in Newcastle, as well as by contacting Newcastle Rotary Club members. A multitude of purses will be available through silent auction, as well as a live auction of celebrity purses. The fashion show component will provided by Denim Warehouse and Town Square Boutique. CM Dickison & Sons, a well-known pharmacy throughout the Miramichi, was founded by Charles M Dickison in February 1921, after he operating another pharmacy since March 1910 with a business partner. In 1921 he had associated with his three sons, Albert, Roy and Charles D, all certified drug clerks. From 1921 to 1954 the business was carried on in the MacMillan Block, Ellen Street. On October 21, 1954 they moved into their spacious new store on Henry Street one of the most up to date pharmacies in the province.

Building a Corn Maze Business: A Dream Come True for the Fletcher Family
