Summer Programs
Our Grade 6 Program in June offers free tours and
programming for all students in the province. Friends of
Beaubears Island Inc has launched a fundraising campaign
to provide this opportunity. Students will learn about the
Island's rich local history, from the Indigenous heritage to the
fleeing Acadians and Shipbuilding era. Discover how deeply
connected Beaubears Island is to our roots. To schedule a day

Wellness Wednesdays - Between 12-2 pm, the ferry is
1/2 price ($6.50) to anyone who signs up for this program.
When registered, people can take the time to walk or relax
on the island to help them destress and connect with nature.
