There is an interesting story behind these two pieces of art submitted by Terry Power. He writes, "My sister Joan (Power) Bartlett in PEI
is a rug hooker, and as part of an exchange of family art works, she agreed to hook a rug based on one of my paintings. We selected the
work above that I am submitting. She hooked it all by hand and to the exact dimensions of my painting. That is no small feat and it took
her hours and hours over many months. I think it is quite stunning in wool, and the colours are even richer than the original work.
