Mac Rally of Hope Rolls into Miramichi on Tuesday
Last Sunday, July 15th, the 2012 MAC Rally of Hope departed from Vancouver, British Columbia to make its way across Canada, arriving in St. John’s Newfoundland next Friday, July 27th. And this Tuesday, July 24th, the Rally rolls into Miramichi.
This special motorcycle event has been created to raise awareness and funds in support of women’s cancer research, a disease that affects thousands of women, men and families every year in Canada. This is an annual fundraising event supporting breast cancer research. In 2011 the rally raised over $110,000 dollars and this year they are hoping to surpass that achievement.
Be part of the Canadian coast to coast celebration! Join us at Waterford Green Tuesday, July 24th, from 6pm until 8pm for a BBQ, Silent Auction, Jumping Castle, Live Entertainment and much more.
Calling All Bikers!
Bikers will meet at Lakeview Inns and Suits, King George Hwy. at 5:30pm for a Police escorted cruise to Waterford Green, rain or shine. Any bikers are welcome to join the ride from Newcastle to Chatham.
