First annual Wellness/Holistic Fair in Miramichi

The 50 foot Labyrinth at Carrefour Beausoleil is a replica of the one in the Chartres Cathedral in France.

The first annual Wellness/Holistic Fair in Miramichi happens next Saturday, October 20th from 10 am to 5 pm at Carrefour Beausoleil, 300 Beaverbrook Road. Approximately 50 booths have been reserved by various wellness and holistic healers and vendors.

Admission is $5 for adults and children aged 12 and under get in for free. Plenty of free parking is available but please bring cash as there will be no ATM on site.

Stress reduction, reflexology, massage, life coaching, intuitive readings, spiritual tools such as books and smudges, nutrition, and holistic healing are just some of the information that will be available for anyone who wants to discover different ways of healing the body, the mind, the spirit and the soul.

There will also be seven special presentations throughout the day lasting 45 minutes each. The presentations kick off at 10:30 am with “Love Your Life Now!” by EagleSpirit, a Contemporary Shaman from Moncton. At 11:20 am join Jim Grant Certified Integral Coach™ with Pneuma Transpersonal in a presentation called “Whole Body Focusing”, followed by “The Western Yogi” with Shivani Gyan, a yoga and fitness coach, at 12:10 pm.

At 1 pm learn about “The Science Behind Irlen Syndrome” with Jacques Guimond, the Diagnostician-Director of the Atlantic Irlen Centre. Naturopathic Consultant, Céline Bellemare of the Anahita Institute teaches about “The Brain Gym” at 1:50 pm. Sharon Joseph,  intuitive life counsellor and channel presents “Sound Healing Meditation” at 2:40 pm. The day’s presentations finish off at 3:30 pm with Angel Therapy Practitioner, Kim Doucette of Kimspirational speaking about “Angel Signs and Symbols”.

While attending the first annual Miramichi Wellness/ Holistic Fair everyone is invited to walk the 50 foot Labyrinth that is permanently marked in the exterior skating rink at Carrefour Beausoleil. The Labyrinth is a replica of the one in the Chartres Cathedral in France and it is especially useful for active meditations and time out from our busy lives.
