3rd Annual Blackville Power Track Biker Rally Announced
Attention all motorcycle junkies… The 3rd Annual Power Track Biker Rally will take place on Friday, August 15 and Saturday, August 16, 2014. The rally will be held at the Dungarvon Whooper Lounge, 336 MacLaggan Drive in Blackville.
Friday night will have live entertainment, followed by a Saturday filled with food, drink, fun and games… starting with the “Ride for the Josie Foundation” and wrapping up at center stage with hard 80′s rock ‘n roll featuring the rock band Alter Ego!
The two day rally costs $25 and includes 2 nights camping with central fire-pits provided, live music both nights, and biker games with cash prizes. A Saturday-only pass is $20 and includes all day event schedule and camping Saturday night.
Non-rally riders who wish to participate in only the Ride for the Josie Foundation will assemble at the entrance and join in the run. Donations will be accepted at the gate.
Vendors are welcome and setup is free. There will be motorcycle clothing/accessory vendors on site, as well as a 50/50 draw. A full cash canteen will be available, including breakfast, and the indoor Dungarvon Whooper Lounge with fully stocked cash bar.
A portion of the proceeds from the weekend’s festivities goes to The Josie Foundation, a non-profit incorporated foundation whose aim is to establish, receive and maintain a fund for the relief of economic hardship for individuals and families within the Miramichi area who may be encountering financial difficulty as a result of chronic illness.
