Painting Classes at Miramichi Folklore Park
The Miramichi Folklore Park in Renous will be offering painting classes starting in September. Instructor Nancy Gray Leger, with 7 years of experience, can teach you how to paint with oils and Daphne Colepaugh, who has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ottawa University, can teach you how to paint with acrylics.
A registration fee of $30.00 must be paid in advance and this covers your first class.
Each class after that will be $10.00 and you pay as you go so if you can’t come for one of the sessions you won’t be paying for that session.
All art supplies will be available during class so you can either buy a kit and have everything you need all at once or you can purchase things as you need them.
You can drop by the Folklore Park Tuesdays to Saturdays and see samples of the instructors’ paintings.
Classes will be starting on Thursday, September 3rd from 7:00 – 10:00 P.M. and Friday, September 4th from 1:00 – 4:00 P.M.
