2019 New Brunswick Lumberjack Championships – August 17th to 18th, 2019

The 2019 New Brunswick Lumberjack Championships are back again for another year – August 17th to 18th, 2019 at the Central New Brunswick Woodmen’s Museum, located at 6342 Route 8 Highway, Boiestown, New Brunswick.

Events will include Springboard, Stock Chainsaw, Vertical Chop, Bow Saw, Crosscut Sawing, Jack & Jill Sawing, Underhand Chop, Axe Throw, Run-Cut-Split, Open Modified Saw, Kettle Boil, and Boom Run on the first day.

Second day, “Be A Lumberjack”. Experience the thrill of the competition by trying your hand at the Cross Cut, Boom Run, and Log Rolling.

Darren Casey (7-time Ironjack Champion) and his 15 year old daughter Alyssa will be doing log rolling demonstrations all weekend.

There will be a barbecue on site for both days of this event.

9:00 AM – 11:00 AM Final registration, wood draw and preliminary axe throw

11:45 AM – 12:00 PM Welcome & opening remarks

12:00 PM – 5:00 PM World Class competitors from across the Maritimes compete for top Lumberjack and Lumberjill

5:00 PM – 6:30 PM Traditional Lumberjack Supper: Baked ham, home-baked beans, potato scallop and dessert

“Be A Lumberjack”. Experience the thrill of the competition by trying your hand at the Cross Cut, Boom Run, and Log Rolling.

Admission Rates:

Saturday OR Sunday Only – $10 per person or $25 per family

Weekend Pass:

$15 per person or $35 per family
