And the winner is…
We’ve implemented a new point system at Mighty Miramichi that rewards staff for personal & professional development activities.
Points are awarded for exercising, reading or listening to positive/motivational stuff, developing work skills, attending networking events, making business contacts, doing sales presentations…etc.
We wrapped up the first leg of the contest today. It runs for 3 months with a $100 bill being awarded after each month and a grand prize awarded at the end of the contest.
Wally McLean was our winner today!
The grand prize has not yet been confirmed but we are thinking of awarding a weekend stay at a local retreat. Many offer themed romantic or pampering weekends with outdoor activities, cozy fires, and home-cooking.
