Run and Tone Program
Personal Trainer and Fitness Consultant, Danny Daigle is running an outdoor fitness program called Run and Tone. This program starts on the 27th of this month and there are still openings left and Danny would love to fill those spots a.s.a.p. This is a great program that will help you get lean, strong, and feeling great. The focus of the exercises in this program are targeted towards the muscle groups that running does not address. Together, these exercises with the running offer the participant a complete exercise program to keep you fit and looking great for years to come.
Fees: $50.00 per person
Program Size: 15 people maximum
Duration: 4 Weeks
Location: Starting at Ellis Park
Dates and Times: Starting Tuesday, September 27th this workout will run every Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6:00pm to 7:00pm. The final day of the program will be on Thursday, October 20th.
Class format: Starting with a 5 min proper warm-up at Ellis Park, participants will run to specific locations where we will perform specific strength and conditioning exercises along the way then return to Ellis Park to conclude the workout with a stretching routine specific to running and the exercises involved in this program.
Target: To focus and help correct common weaknesses and imbalanced typically found in runners.
