Here is the schedule of nutrition events happening at Sobeys Douglastown in July.

New this month is the Slimmer Summer class, where we will talk about how to make healthy eating easier in the summer months. And of course there are returning favourites like Taste & Learn and Healthy Cooking classes. Please see the schedule below for a full list of classes, dates and times.

On the Healthy Cooking menu:
