Rodd Miramichi River Celebrates Grand Re-Opening
The Rodd Miramichi River Hotel proved it’s here to stay last night as they celebrated their Grand Re-opening on Thursday June 18th.
General Manager, Jim Gertridge and staff welcomed guests and showed them around the new and improved facilities. Visitors toured the building, viewing a variety of room styles, conference rooms, pool and other public areas, and also enjoyed a sampling of food from the menu.
Jim said he is excited about the renovations and he believes this shows that Rodd Hotels & Resorts have faith in the Miramichi business growing and being here for the long haul. Jim is also excited to be part of the Rodd Miramichi again after returning in February of 2014. He was the General Manager for 14 years before a three year absence and now he’s back to stay. He hopes one day to be called a true Miramichier.
