Tartan Day Dinner/ Concert Held Last Night
The annual Tartan Day Dinner /Concert was held last night, Sunday April 2nd, 2017 at the Miramichi Kinsmen Club in downtown Newcastle. Hosted by the 60th Miramichi Folksong Festival, Susan Butler emceed the event held in celebration of Tartan Day which happens on Thursday April 6th.
Entertainment was provided by Atlantic Bridge featuring Penny Phenx and Terry Arsenault, as well as Sisters Sadie, Genevieve and Annie Breau of the Landry School of Dance, Kennedy Coughlan and Ian Craig, Miramichi Sings under the direction of Margret Craig, Mary Butler accompanied by Margret Craig, and Susan Butler.
