2017 Miramichi Minor Hockey Annual General Meeting
You’re invited to this year’s minor hockey AGM on Monday May 15th at the MVHS Lecture Theatre at 7 pm.
Agenda items are: current board members yearly reports, board elections plus possible constitution changes. If you would like to add anything to the agenda contact Dewey Somers at . The current constitution can be found on the Miramichi Minor Hockey website under GOVERNING DOCS in the red ticker. The current policies and procedures are also there. In the policies and procedures you can find the board members duties.
Any member (parent or guardian with a player currently involved with MMHC or coach/ manager) in good standing with MMHC can run for any of the following positions at the AGM. If you cannot attend the meeting you can email Dewey saying you are interested in volunteering for a certain position.
